Mercia Tan joined our traineeship after graduating from university this past July. It has been a fruitful and encouraging time for her, and she shares some of her takeaways from the past few months.
On 1 November, the Women’s Ministry held their Women of Grace event. Usually held once to twice a year, the Women of Grace event aims to bring together women of GBC for a time of equipping and mutual encouragement.
This year, the theme was “Side by Side” and we invited a guest speaker, Elizabeth Baruah, to speak to the ladies.
On 1 November, our ladies held their Women of Grace event. This focused on how women in the church can walk side by side to strengthen, counsel and encourage one another to persevere in the faith and remain steadfast in the Lord.
