Members' Meeting (12 July 2026)

Our next Members' Meeting will be held on 12 July 2026 after service from 11.15am to about 12.30pm on Level 2.

Agenda

This meeting will begin with the voting on elders as part of the English Congregational Meeting. Following that, we hope to address various membership matters. The elders will also share updates on some upcoming events in the life of the church. We hope that you will make time to come, hear, and interact with us on this.

Other logistical notes

As the meeting will be on level 2, there will be no parking there that morning. We seek your understanding.

Registration for the vote will also take place on level 2. Please follow the instructions that morning, and head to level 2 to register before the meeting begins at 11.15am.

Families, take note! Children aged 3-12 years old can be in Room 310 on Level 3. ⁠ For children under 3 years, you can make use of the play area at the back of Level 2.

We also encourage members to stay back after the meeting to have lunch together! We are catering non-spicy bentos, which will cost $7 per set. You can sign up and pay for lunch here by 5 July 2026. Do register early so that we can order it in time.
