Pua Mission Trip – Jun 2026
A team of five headed to Pua from 4–8 June 2026 to conduct the quarterly English camp at Kathy’s Home. The next trip will be from 20–24 August, and we are praying for more to join!

The five-member team consisted of Beh, Siew Kim, Kim Song, Grace and Meei Fang. They are all familiar faces and experienced teachers at Kathy’s Home.
Although it was a very lean team, they are supported by the faithful team at Kathy’s Home: Mak, Narola, Noel, Supakit and Mai; as well as Anabel. Supakit and Mai are the new houseparents, while Anabel is based in Chiang Mai and her timely visit to Pua bolstered the team. God provides!
Given it was June, it was oppressively hot at the start, but God had again provided cool relief from the intense summer heat with overcast sky and intermittent drizzles which lifted up the team’s spirit.
With the start of a new Thai academic year, the home also welcomed nine new students: six boys and three girls. Kim Song, with the help of Supakit, had the joy and privilege of “inducting” them into their first English camp, patiently going through with them the English alphabets, phonics and reading.
We pray that these new students will adapt well to the home, and vice versa. We pray that God will keep their hearts tender and humble, that the good news of Christ will fill their hearts with joy and bear much fruit. We pray too for the ‘older’ 27 students that God will work in their hearts to convict, grow and disciple. We give thanks for the faithful team at Kathy’s Home and that God will continue to sustain, strengthen and encourage them as they disciple and grow.
