We're days away from our church camp, which begins this Sunday, 28 May. Here are some important information as well as ways we can be praying for the camp.

Every few months, we introduce new Care Groups (CG) that get started up at Grace. At our recent service, we introduced 2 new groups that had just started.

We continue to thank God for the young families in our church and the children He has blessed us with. We held family dedication at our 30 April 2023 service to celebrate some of these new lives.

Our church camp is happening at the end of May 2023 with the camp theme of “Doing Spiritual Good”! To help us reflect deeply on our theme, our worship team has picked “Press On” by songwriters Keith and Kristyn Getty as our camp theme song.

Pastor Oliver reminds us that we who have received deliverance ought to tell others of all the good that God has done in our lives, and shares with us how we can do so.

Pastor Eugene announced at the 30 April 2023 service that Pastor Oliver would be sent temporarily to Acts Baptist Church to pastor for six months as part of GBC’s gospel partnership with a sister church. Pastor Oliver’s time at Acts Baptist Church will span from 1 July to 31 December 2023.

One of the growing ministries in GBC is the Children's Ministry and its nursery service for children below the age of 3 has been burgeoning, both with children and helpers. In this post, we share about this ministry and some of their needs.

Every year, our Good Friday and Easter Sunday services help us to remember the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Frederick Chua reflects on how the sermons at both services helped us to go back to the precious truths and foundations of the Christian's life.

Elder Jonathan updated the church on our vision for missions at our recent QCM. He also shared about new partnerships with like-minded churches and organisations.

On 2 April 2023, we held our second Quarterly Congregational Meeting of the year. Our pastors and elders took us through what went on in the past quarter, and also some new and exciting developments.

Bibianna reflects on Christian friendships -- its origin and importance in the Christian's life, as well as the encouragements that we can get from it. 

Inspired and encouraged by the life of Henry Martyn, Eric Lui shares excerpts from Sarah J Rhea's book, "Life of Henry Martyn, Missionary to India and Persia, 1781 to 1812", highlighting the thoughts and struggles the missionary had with his antagonists in India and Persia, and how he persevered despite ill-health. 

Pastor Mark reflects on the death and resurrection of Jesus. Drawing from John 20, we see how Jesus tells his disciples that Easter Sunday is not primarily about commemoration, but commission.

At our 26 March 2023 service, our elders who were recently re-elected reaffirmed their vows to serve God's flock. It was also a time for the congregation to commit to supporting and working together with them for the good of the gospel.

Pastor Eugene shares reasons why we corporately recite creeds and confessions, and offers examples of how we use our statement of faith as a church.

One of our aspirations as a church is to establish gospel partnerships with fellow like-minded Christians for the advance of the gospel. Our Missions Committee has also been exploring similar opportunities with churches and organizations overseas, and one such visit was to First Baptist Church of Bandung.
