Here, Joshua Lowe draws on his recent discipline of his child to encourage us to be open and willing to receive discipline from God and our church community.

On 18 November 2023, our ladies will be looking to gather for a morning of learning together as they build relationships and get to know one another.

On 1 October 2023, we had our final Quarterly Congregational Meeting of the year. It has been quite a busy and encouraging quarter and year, and our pastors and lay elders shared various updates about our life together as a church.

This year, we hope to invite our neighbours at MacPherson to celebrate Christmas with us at a brunch on 16 December from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.

Reflecting on last Sunday's sermon, Ps Thian Chye suggests five practical ways we can help one another in running and finishing the spiritual race well.

We had the joy of welcoming 23 new members in the month of September over two Sundays. Five joined us by baptism while the other nineteen joined us by transfer.

Our worship team recently introduced this new song, "Bless the Lord, O My Soul (Psalm 103)", by Sovereign Grace Music. Based on Psalm 103, this song walks us through the many reasons that believers have to bless the Lord with our entire beings and soul.

At their 16 September 2023 youth session, Joshua led the youths to think about this topic. Through this talk, the youths were encouraged to consider how science and Christianity are not at odds, and the pursuit of science may also help us to worship God.

We are excited to be hosting two conferences with Mark Dever on 20 and 21 October. Mark Dever is the Senior Pastor of Capitol Hill Baptist Church, and also serves as the President of 9Marks ministries.

Our youths explored this topic at their recent youth session. Samuel Ho helped them to see rightly, the value of studying.
