Men’s Seminar
We recently held a Men’s Seminar and one of Liew Jun Tung shares some takeaways with us.
Upcoming Men’s Seminar: Men’s Pursuit of Sexual Purity
In this men's seminar, two pastors from Agape Baptist Church, Pastor Too Teh Hsin and Pastor Wong Guoliang, will shed light on the topic of sexual purity for men. Having ministered to many through their church's men's ministry, they bring a wealth of experience in practically journeying with men—young and old—toward sexual purity.
Book review: Embracing Complementarianism
Hannah Yeo reviews “Embracing Complementarianism: Turning Biblical Convictions into Positive Church Culture” by Graham Beynon and Jane Tooher. Read it with other members to strengthen our unity and grow in maturity as Christ's body!
Men and Women in the Church
What does it look like for men and women to work together? What does it look like? Our Children’s Ministry has intentionally designed their ministry to live this out. Pastor Jeremy and various volunteers in the ministry share how men and women work together.
Men and Women in the Family
As a church, we have been learning about God’s design for men and women. Here, we interview Jonathan and Eng Meng, who share about how they seek to live as men and women, husband and wife and how God has been growing them through their marriage. They also share about how they are involved in the lives of others through pre-marital counselling.
Why does Complementarianism Matter?
Joshua reflects on how we can think about and approach pop culture, and how it can also be an opportunity to reach and engage the youths in our midst.
Older Men Session (OMS)
The Older Men Session (OMS), as its name suggests, is a gathering of the older men in GBC.
